Ok, on my first watch this reminded me of Dark Matter. (Boss lady who is physically enhanced, who takes charge because no one else did.)

But now this episode reminds me of SNW Ghosts of Illyria! Because of the way Una had to reveal her illegal genetic status in order to help cure everyone!
