Personal finance is important in a way that I think banking services are a special service. The German credit card provider #HanseaticBank offers a fee-less credit card. I tried to use the app & their online pages to get information about my account: which bank account the card was linked to. No chance. Error messages &dead end. Is there a helpline? NO. Does their enquiry tool help? NO. It just said there is a bank account associated, because there has to be, but not which one. #terriblebank
