Shit will fail gradually, but then more rapidly.

• The first few hours and days will be uneventful, but within weeks shit that didn't get setup to failsafe off will fail/leak/break and those tiny failures (i.e. leakage if drinking water lines) will slowly add up until they break shit to the point it can't be repaired.

Plus: They got neither replacement parts, nor tools nor materials nor exercise with it.

• Pretty shure none of these #RealEstate #scam|s even demand their "#tennants" to have any #FirstAid skills or even did a single fire escape drill from their oversized "#pod|s" (cuz most likely #apartments need to have windows , so they legally can't be called that).

IMHO those #BillionaireBunkers / #MillionaireBunkers / #DoomstayBunker thingies are just #scams knowing that the allegation can't be proven true until the scenario they get sold for actually applies.
