Was ich am Fotografieren so mag, ist nicht nur die Natur und Umgebung, in die du eintauchst und vielleicht auch ein Teil von wirst, sondern auch die Möglichkeit völlig fremde Menschen mit der selben Leidenschaft (Naturfotografie) einfach ansprechen und kennen lernen zu können. So auch diesmal in dunkler Nacht und Einsamkeit, dachte ich jedenfalls, bis ich um den nächsten Felsen wandernd ein Stativ stehend fand und den Florian kennen lernen durfte. Treffen sich zwei Stative in der Nacht und das hatte ich nicht zum erstmal. :-)
Es hat jedenfalls zu zweit richtig Spaß gemacht!
Hier nun wieder der Roque de Garcia im glühenden Sandhimmel.

What I like so much about photography is not only the nature and surroundings that you immerse yourself in and perhaps become a part of, but also the opportunity to simply approach and get to know complete strangers with the same passion (nature photography). That's what I thought this time too, in the dark of night and in solitude, until I found a tripod standing around the next rock and got to meet Florian. Two tripods meet in the night and I didn't have that for the first time. :-)
Anyway, it was great fun for two!
Here again the Roque de Garcia in the glowing sandy sky.

Wärend unseres Urlaubes auf Teneriffa hatten wir eine Nacht im Nationalpark Teide auf ca. 2200 m Höhe gebucht. Ich wollte unbedingt bei sternklarer Nacht, ohne Lichtverschmutzung, die Milchstrasse fotografieren.
Gegen 2 Uhr nachts stolperte ich bei absoluter Dunkelheit nun so durch das Lavagestein auf dem Weg zum Roque de Garcia, der mein Vordergrund werden sollte.
Dort angekommen und das erste Bild machend, zeigte meine Kamera allerdings ein Bild, was mit bloßem Auge so nicht zu erkennen war.
Leuchtender Saharasand am Himmel, wärend die Milchstrasse gerade so über die Berggipfel schaute.

During our vacation on Tenerife, we had booked a night in the Teide National Park at an altitude of approx. 2200 metres. I really wanted to photograph the Milky Way on a starry night without any light pollution.
At around 2 a.m., I stumbled through the lava rock in complete darkness on the way to Roque de Garcia, which was to be my foreground.
When I arrived there and took the first picture, my camera showed an image that was not visible to the naked eye.
Glowing Sahara sand in the sky, while the Milky Way just peeked over the mountain peaks.

Nach 3 Grad und Regen hat es uns endlich wieder nach Teneriffa verschlagen.
Der höchste Berg Spaniens grüßt, genauso wie das sommerliche Wetter. Die ganze Seele lacht!

After 3 degrees and rain, we finally made it back to Tenerife.
The highest mountain in Spain greets us, as does the summer weather. The whole soul is smiling!
