The absolute audacity of this person. That wasn’t their money to spend, that came out of their employees paychecks.

I would bet this is a Trumper who thought that payroll taxes were going to be waived forever like he promised in 2020 so dude figured he just wouldn’t have to pay them even though he had to withhold them.

Why isn’t this a crime but if I steal $20 out of my bosses cash register I get charged?

This is the real fraud and abuse they keep complaining about.
