A beloved took me to snow today! I only made it to a small patch because our canine hiking companion noped right of climbing the rock field getting to the true snow line required, but I did manage to sprawl on snow for a bit.
Summer was taking its sweet arse time to arrive in Australia, highlighted with a dump of unseasonal snow. As I don’t own a sled, and given May hadn’t seen snow before, we loaded up my kayak and headed to the hills for a day of newness. This is day 6 of 12 days of newness.
