When I am doing a wedding order I like to text the bride updates. This lets them know the cake is being worked on and it can also be helpful if they want anything adapted and changed prior to the day.

Making sugar flowers for the wedding cake order. Slowly making some roses and filler flowers. The bride wanted shades of dusky blue, dusky pink and grey.

I do love making sugar roses and flowers I would only say the downside is the amount of time it all takes to get it done as it can be very time consuming. I do find the process meditative however.
