@nicolafioretti però con Navidrome e #Substreamer per Android risponde benissimo. Grazie a te!

Anyone using Navidrome / Subsonic and clients:

How do I generate a playlist based of my last.fm recommendations or my library?

I don't want scrobbling. I already handled that.

I want to generate a playlist, where the track list is sourced from last.fm, and songs are sourced locally.

Is there any way to achieve this?

In other terms, I want to utilize last.fm radio from my local songs.

#navidrome #subsonic #feishin #substreamer #amperly #selfhosted #lastfm

@arda #substreamer play nice for me
rip your music collection to a selfhosted Navidrome
@navidrome and connect with #substreamer and thank me later

I recently setup #Navidrome and am well impressed. It has a web interface to stream from but it also supports using apps that use the #subsonic API.. I've been using #substreamer which is on the app stores

You can setup user accounts for others to login and see the entire library and stream whatever they fancy. What i really like is generating share links to share playlists/albums etc with others without them needing an account

In the last 24 hours I've started using the following #Android apps: #Megalodon (for Mastodon), Connect for Lemmy (Lemmy) and #Substreamer (for my Airsonic instance). All discovered by posts on Mastodon and Lemmy. It might be the novelty of a new app, but they are all so much better than my previous choices (which I won't name because they were first gen apps and they blazed the trail for the new apps)
@sergi I had it working flawlessly. I have a server using #raspberrypi and used #docker to host my services. I used #navidrome for setting the server, #nginx_proxy_manager for setting the external access and #substreamer or #dsub for listening.

I have been using #substreamer to play music on the go from my #subsonic server for a while now. Yesterday I discovered a bug that made the app no update the music notification if no cover art was set. I reached out to the developer about it and was given feedback and requests for more data within 6 hours of my mail.

While it is, in my opinion, pretty much the best app for subsonic on ios, that level of engagement and support really deserves praise
