This past summer I got hired to play #guitar and #steelguitar for the wonderful #NorthCarolina songwriter #LynnSwisherSpears. Here’s a little snippet of me prepping by taking the #DonHelms e6 tuning for a little test drive on my #Fender #Stringmaster D8. Don played steel for #HankWilliams. Tuning low to high is A C# E G# B C# E G#.
#guitar a day. 1955 #Fender #Stringmaster D8. The two necks are terraced so that you don’t have to lean down to reach the far neck. Being a #lefty I had the necks separated and swapped.
