OsvaldoNew building not too far off being completed in Nelson CBD. They've closed off that side of the footpath temporarily.
As you can see, Westpac is moving into this building, and out of it's current corner spot. This is very good because banks are "boring" in a city, and corner shops being banks makes the whole intersection feel less alive. It's much better for the city to have an "interesting" shop on corners, such as those with see-through windows, clothing, or food.
I wonder what will move into the old Westpac building.
