Remember the fanfare in December when 48 states filed an #antitrust suit against #Facebook?

Well it was thrown out *with prejudice* for supposedly not "quantifing" the #monopoly, the #statueOfLimitations had passed since 2013 #DenialOfAccess conduct re #Vine, #mergers were approved by the #FTC, no competitors to Fb were mentioned in the complaint.

A trove of documents uncovered in 2018 apparently reveal seedy dealings between #Zuckerburg and Vine, to undermine Vine's algorithm.
