Nice! I'd seen the leaked clips of the cleaned up theatrical versions of the original trilogy already, but it's great that we've finally got confirmation that they will indeed be showing these restorations for the 50th anniversary.

HOTCHKADisney will mark the 50th anniversary of the release of the original "Star Wars" with a theatrical re-release on April 30, 2027. No word on which version will hit the big screen after an unaltered print was recently screened in the UK.
