Farem un sparring col.lectiu previ a la 4a Vetllada del 28F aquest dissabte 7 de febrer a les 11h al Gimnàs de La Cinètika.

Disciplines: muay thai, boxa, kick boxing, grapling i bjj.

My karate sparring gear has just reached 'Ship of Theseus' status with the replacement of the final original piece, the shin guards. I've had at least 3 sets of boots, 2 helmets, and 2 sets of gloves. The mesh bag is original but I knit a lime green i-cord and wove it through the mesh so my bag would always stand out.

The shin guards lasted about 15 years before completely falling apart. The boots have pre-emptive duct tape on the weak spots.
