My conditioning training continues.
I engineer a situation where I'm going to be in real pee-pee dance territory. I leave the house when I can already feel it a bit. I make sure to lock both locks, to make it harder/slower to re-enter.
I go out for a walk, maybe 15 minutes, get a coffee (caffeine is a strong bladder irritant).
I make sure to rush home, rather than being relaxed about it (the panic feeds the urgency. One of the ways to retrain is to make it through an urgency spike, then go to the toilet in a relaxed fashion. I'm doing the opposite).
As I reach the flat, I make sure to have my conditioning trigger ready.
By the time I reach the door, the Latchkey Urgency is making itself known on top of the already full/irritated bladder. It's here I'm likely to have the first bit of spurting failure in my training pants. This is when I engage the trigger, to build the association between it, bladder spasms, involuntary wetting.
I keep trying to contain it, straining against the release as I rush to make it inside and to the toilet (definitely no voluntary wetting of my training pants, I suspect that would weaken the association).
As soon as I've made it to the toilet and started peeing, I disengage the trigger.
Who knows if it works? But it sure is fun.

While looking into this Classical/Pavlovian Conditioning stuff, I came across a term for a thing I have that I didn't even know had a name.

"Latchkey Urgency." This happens when, having been out and about, perhaps having a few drinks, you get home with a fullish bladder, and the first thing do you on entering the house, is go to the toilet. If you're consistent enough with this, you can condition an association between entering the house and needing to pee.

I first had this in 2008 or so, and I wet my pants a little bit! This was before I was deep into the ABDL and nappies. I can't say I hated the experience.

I don't tend to wet myself (accidentally), but I certainly feel a strong urgency when I get home.

This seems to be a subcategory of Overactive Bladder, which can be a form of incontinence. So maybe I can click the "VAT exempt" button when buying nappies after all?

Evolving Your Man

Experimenting with classical conditioning for urgency/omarashi.
If I consistently wait until I'm feeling really urgent, then put my ring on my other hand, then go to the bathroom 30 seconds later, I wonder if it'll train a response.
Like walking home from the pub horse would tell me to put the ring on, and I'd end up wetting myself uncontrollably.
