For many years the #b&w #Powermac was my favourite mac. My first Mac! Overclocked with jumpers. Able to run 10.4 and classic. Used one as a type of NAS about 15 years ago.

It’s long gone now.

My #iBook #G4 is rapidly overtaking it now though. Setting up a triple boot #MorphOS #Tiger and #SorbetLeopard machine.

Tiger should allow me to install Classic Mode too.

2005 Model 1.42ghz 14” model. Have upgraded it to an SSD

tooting via #toot command line client running on a #RaspberryPiZero in gadget mode connected to a internal USB port of a USB2/PCI card placed inside a #PowerMacG4 running on #MacOSX 10.5 #SorbetLeopard using #iTerm2 while listening to "Invaders Must Die" played via #iTunes from my local #AFP enabled NAS controlled with #Bowtie ... pure awesomeness x)

Earlier today while editing, I restored #SorbetLeopard to the newest #AppleG4 I rescued from a local store

I need my new #SSD drives to come as the #SpinningIron is starting to die. I’d already put my name down a few weeks ago from #DOSDude1 but I’m waiting for the new cases they’re printing. (My 3D printer is broken right now.

It’s such an awesome system for retro #PPCMacs.

@polpo NICE. We have one in the @show studio which still works every day. Love that thing so much. #vintage #macs . It’s currently running #SorbetLeopard.
