Suspended between concert form and installation performance, Morceau de bleu is a work in progress that arises from the collaboration of sound artists Barbara De Dominicis, Alessandro Ciccarelli, and Cristian Maddalena, in an open, ever-changing dialogue freely inspired by Maggie Nelsonโs poetic horizon.
Bluets serves as the premise for a profound sonic investigation, anchored in a fragmented and multifaceted poetic language. It offers a perceptual experience that, like an ideal score, leads the audience to explore a liminal dimension of the self, shifting between active acoustic reception and surrender, between dreaming and waking.
