Yubikey works with SSH: https://developers.yubico.com/SSH/

Solokeys (such as somu) also should work with SSH. https://solokeys.com/pages/faq :

Can I use Solo for SSH? Yes, you need OpenSSH 8.2+ with U2F support

As far as I know solokeys (such as somu) do not work with keepassxc whereas yubikey does.
