#WordWeavers 20Jan—Do you make use of weather in your story? If so, how?

I’ve had many summer scenes throughout many of my books. In my #WIP I change things up and my MC gets snowed in his house. I’m adding the real world #Snowvember that dumped over 90 inches of snow in 40 hours onto #Buffalo NY as part of my fictional story. Having lived through that I have a strong idea of the various emotions of seeing all the snow upon waking up.

We had the opportunity for a late season snowshoe courtesy of #Snowvember. We started from the carpark above the Charlotte Pass Resort for the trek up Mt Stilwell.
