Hawk in my backyard during our very snowy day. My daughter spotted it. It looks a bit derpy but we like it.

Maybe it's a red-tailed hawk? IDK. Western NY state. And I refer to it with a shifting group of pronouns because I don't know anything about sexing hawks. I figure I've misgendered it about half the time, which seems par for the course.
