Had a private eye appt today as the NHS waiting list for an ocular hypertension / glaucoma assessment was 18 months.

Fortunately it turns out it's only high eye pressure and not glaucoma & my eyes and optic nerves are very healthy. He recommended SLT (a 10min laser procedure done in clinic) instead of drops.

Anyone had this & if so, has it helped? (Apparently it doesn't work for everyone & sometimes only lasts months instead of years).
