Today is Soup Sunday! Today I made an improvised steak and potato soup. I was originally going to make a stew in the crockpot, but I got going on it too late.

I used Betty Crocker's steak and potato soup recipe as a base. I added bacon, thyme, parsley, and my new Slap Ya Mama seasoning to it. I marinated the steak before adding it to the soup.

Over all very good for an improvised soup. I'd give it an 8 out of 10!
