He was to enter his plea Thurs to 4 counts for his alleged role in a scheme w/ #Trump & #Nauta to delete #SecurityFootage revealing MAL workers moving boxes of govt materials that feds had already demanded be returned.
#DeOliveira was not #arraigned bc a FL-based atty had not yet notified the court they are representing De Oliveira — a req for #arraignments in So FL fed courts.

…in late June of last year, #DeOliveira went to see #Taveras — who is identified only as #Trump #Employee4 — & told him that “‘the boss’ wanted the server deleted,” referring to the computer #server holding the #SecurityFootage.

“What are we going to do?” the #indictment quoted De Oliveira as saying, after Taveras objected & said he would not know how & did not think he had the right to do so.
