Cannon's ruling was a no-brainer (for most judges) & it avoids her getting reversed for a 3rd time by the #EleventhCircuit.

Hopefully she’ll reverse herself on full disclosure of #witness names/statements (to avoid 11th circuit reversal).

#Cannon appears to have granted most of the SpecialCounsel's asks for #conflicts hearings. Hearings will not be #ExParte. SpecialCounsel will be able to present evidence. Nauta & DeOliveira must be present but other witnesses do not.
