It seems to me that our thinking on so-called "presidential immunity" - it is really presidential infallibility - ought to never leave the fact that the United States Supreme Court is saying the president of the United States has immunity for provable crimes committed. Immunity for undeniably committing crimes. The United States Supreme Court majority is insane.

It seems to me that our thinking on so-called "presidential immunity" - it is really presidential infallibility - ought to never leave the matter that the United States Supreme Court is saying the president of the United States has immunity for provable crimes committed. Immunity for undeniably committing crimes. The United States Supreme Court majority is insane. They have given Biden immune authority to remove them from office and Biden should do it while he has the power. There could be no better test of the court's presidential infallibility ruling.
