Let's discuss the #scientificlanguage we are using every day! Browsing through the feed, I today stumbled over the expression "the death of a subject in trial XYZ". Call it a German particularity, but I don't think that a participant of a clinical trial - nor any other human being - should be referred to as 'subject' - in my opinion it's dehumanising! 1/2
