If #Kansas #SB244 doesn't violate "the Kansas Constitution’s protections for personal autonomy, privacy, equality under the law, due process, and freedom of speech,” then I don't know what does!

I'm glad to see someone quick to push back against this #fascist legislation in the courts and I'm very curious to see where the lawsuit goes.
