The external pressures from their socioeconomic realities amplify their internal struggles, ultimately leading to a collision of chaos and resolution in a very literal sense. Bryan W. Conway succeeds in creating vivid characters with weaknesses that make them authentic and credible. The tension is gripping, and the prose is exquisite in this suspenseful thriller.
