De komst van generatieve AI heeft flinke impact gehad op het werk van velen. Zo ook op dat van IT’ers. Maar of dat nu ook gevolgen heeft voor het salaris, is nog maar de vraag. In ieder geval niet in positieve zin, vermoedt een groot deel. Dat blijkt uit eerste voorlopige resultaten van de Salary Survey.

- 83% of respondents were white (down 1% from 2019)

- There's a $20k gender pay gap between men and women (men's median: $90k, women's: $70k), because men are more likely to have management positions and more years on the job.
