Something I'm going to start doing again this year is cooking a new recipe every weekend from one of my numerous cook books. We're beginning with Bazaar by Sabrina Ghayour.
I made the Harissa Black Bean Ragout. It was good, but if I make it again, I'll buy better quality harissa paste. The cheap supermarket stuff doesn't quite have the ooomph required. We added a squeeze of lime.
