For the love of Venom but it's just weird how these parasites are mostly alien and creepy and blood-thirsty. I assume it wouldn't attract enough viewers/readers otherwise but also gives a wrong idea of bacteria in general.

I have to greet cats whenever I see them, I can't help it. And with that I mean mostly waving at them but when the situation calls for it, I offer my hand and wait for the cat's reaction. That's always important: Offer your hand for a sniff and let the cat decide!
