I was thinking it's nice the beautiful Australian Aboriginal flag is owned by the people again since this year.

The government paid 14 million dollars to own the copyright. Which means everyone can produce the flag again without troubles.

While watching the US Midterms, some of our hopes are again on Georgia.

Which since 2003 replaced a flag with Confederate Battle Flag elements for a new one.

Although the flag of the country Georgia is also pretty nice.

I decided the #randomflag of today is the flag of the Dutch province of #friesland (with the water-lily leaves, not hearts on it). A flag with a high density, it can be seen everywhere in Friesland. Shows local identity is strong.

Flag is also on the Dutch top division football club SC Heerenveen' home jersey (pic).

And everyone was busy with #halloween and the German #teuerschock I was wondering how things developed with the State of Chuuk wanting independence from the country Micronesia. Seems they backed down a bit ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proposed_Chuukese_independence_referendum ) after initial strive.
