Alles wat het vieren waard is, is bevochten, en elke bevrijding is ooit gewonnen.

We leven in dystopische tijden. Extreemrechts is aangemoedigd en gaat de straat op. Queers en migranten worden steeds meer gemarginaliseerd en bedreigd. Liberale politieke partijen houden zich op oneerlijke wijze bezig met antifascistische retoriek, louter om een verkiezing nipt te winnen. We weten dat dit niet zal leiden tot een duurzaam alternatief; het is aan ons om dat op te bouwen, en we willen dat samen met jullie doen. Jullie zijn uitgenodigd als onze mede-samenzweerders, als onze kameraden, voor de komende editie van 2.Dh5, met als thema “Building the Collective(s) – Tools for an Antifascist Future” (Het collectief (de collectieven) opbouwen – Instrumenten voor een antifascistische toekomst).

Het 2.Dh5 Festival voor wereldveranderaars is een plek om grassroots-campagnes, tactieken en methoden te bespreken die ons dichter bij ons ideaal van een samenleving gebaseerd op vrijheid en solidariteit brengen. We doen dit door analyses te maken van de huidige en historische context, door te kijken naar echte alternatieven en door strategieën te (her)ontdekken.

We brengen verschillende groepen, campagnes en individuen samen die actief zijn in strijd rond feminisme, queer, antiracisme, antifascisme, dekolonialisme, antimilitarisme, internationale solidariteit, klimaat/ecologie, arbeid, migratie/geen grenzen, internetvrijheid/privacy, recht op de stad/gentrificatie en alle raakvlakken daartussen. We willen van elkaar leren, onze strijd versterken en werken aan een betere wereld.

Kom dus langs, neem een vriend of twee mee naar het festival van dit jaar op 28 februari en 1 maart op drie verschillende locaties in Utrecht: ACU, BAK, Moira

Het verleden hebben we geërfd, de toekomst bouwen we samen! No Pasarán!

And his name was "Billy Joe".

He was caught before he could commit his crime b/c his family called the police who issued a #BOLO.

At this time, there is no known motive.
