Morning folks, I am not well !!!

I had a bad night, I had a lot of acid reflux which apart from the obvious usual discomfort caused coughing and a sore throat, then I woke around 4:30 am vomiting into my mouth, it got into my beard and just a little onto my pillow, I felt awful and had to get up at that point 🤢

I’m up properly now, I’m still feeling quite queasy and just a little dizzy and light headed, especially when I stand up, my throat is a bit sore as well 😕

I was very tired yesterday evening and think I may have gone to bed too soon after eating my tea, although I reckon it was about three hours after eating, I feel that “may” be the cause.
