Từ năm nay, mức thu nhập của cán bộ, công chức có sự biến động phải kê khai bổ sung tăng từ 300 triệu lên 1 tỷ đồng. Theo đó, nếu giá trị tài sản, thu nhập biến động 1 tỷ đồng trong năm thì phải khai báo, làm cơ sở xác minh nếu giải trình không hợp lý. Quy định mới nhằm siết chặt minh bạch tài sản trong đội ngũ cán bộ.
