فراه ولایت کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې نمایندګۍ د ریاست نوې #اداري_ودانۍ د یو لړ مراسمو په ترڅ کې رسماً پرانیستل شوه.
په یادو مراسمو کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې عمومي رئیس ښاغلي شیخ الحدیث شهاب الدین دلاور، د فراه ولایت والي ښاغلي ملا محمد حافظ مجاهد، د لویدیځ زون او د اړونده نمایندګیو رئیسانو او یو شمېر نورو ولایتي چارواکو ګډون درلود.
ښاغلي دلاور په خپلو خبرو کې وویل: یاده ودانۍ د #بیت_المال شتمني ده او د هغې ساتنه او سم کارول جدي پاملرنې ته اړتیا لري. نوموړي زیاته کړه، چې د دې ودانۍ جوړولو موخه یوازې اداري اړتیاوو پوره کول نه دي، بلکې د #زیانمنو خلکو لپاره به د خدماتو د کیفیت لوړولو او د بشري مرستو په چټک او اغېزمن رسولو کې مهم رول ولوبوي.
ورپسې د فراه والي هم د افغاني سرې میاشتې له مشرتابه مننه وکړه او ټینګار یې وکړ، چې د دې ولایت خلکو ته دې لا زیاته پاملرنه وشي او د #مرستو کچه دې پراخه شي.
د یادونې وړ ده، چې یاده څلور پوړیزه ودانۍ د ۱۰ میاشتو په موده کې بشپړه شوې ده او ټولیز #لګښت پرې ۱۹،۲۶۶،۰۸۹ میلیونه افغانۍ راغلی دی.
د دې ودانۍ د #پرانیستې موخه دا ده، چې هېوادوالو ته بشري خدمتونه په منظم او مؤثر ډول وړاندې شي او مرستې په سمه توګه ورته ورسول شي.

#Farah: New #ARCS Building Inaugurated at a Cost of Nearly 19.3 Million Afghanis

The new #administrative_building of the ARCS provincial branch was officially inaugurated during a ceremony in Farah Province.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS; Mullah Mohammad Hafiz Mujahid, Governor of Farah Province; directors of the western zone and related branches; as well as a number of other provincial officials.
In his remarks, Mr. Delawar stated, “This building is #public_property (Bait al-Mal), and its protection and proper use require serious attention.” He added that the #purpose of constructing this building is not merely to meet administrative needs, but also to play an important role in improving the quality of services for #vulnerable people and in ensuring the swift and effective delivery of #humanitarian_assistance.
The Governor of Farah Province expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the ARCS and emphasized that greater attention should be given to the people of this province, and that the level of assistance should be expanded.
It is worth noting that the four-story building was completed within 10 months, with a total #cost of 19,266,089 Afghanis.
The purpose of #inaugurating this building is to provide organized and effective humanitarian services to people and ensure that aid reaches them properly.
