Out of the 12 signees, one company shut down (Neeva), one is a shitty search engine-turned sus AI chatbot with 18 cookies and all kinds of trackers on its page (You.com), one is a professor (🤔(not a problem, but i thought we were only doing companies
)), many of them are not even open-source! (yes, they claim this in their pledge: "Their software should be open source wherever practical and open to audits by the security community.")
For these reasons, I question the legitimacy of this pledge.
