@burne Als het alleen om foto's gaat dan is dat uitschakelen voldoende, maar inmiddels begrijp ik dat het ook om teksten / gedrag gaat dus gaat de vlieger niet op.

Het betekent wel dat het scannen nog complexer wordt want "de schapen kunnen geschoren worden" kan een mededeling van een boer zijn, maar ook codetaal.

Dat brengt het terug tot één van mijn belangrijkste problemen met chatcontrol: je tast de privacy aan maar pakt uiteindelijk nooit degenen die je moet pakken.

I wonder what the evidence threshold is for first two, especially 'assisting in arranging'? Also, does it not matter what you say when addressing a meeting?
