Fediverse federation and interoperability

For me the #interoperability in the Fedieverse is the biggest win!

You can use whatever service you want, and can communicate between each of the services.

but the more services I try out for my #Fediverse talk at work, I find stuff which is not working

I can send a PM to a @peertube user - but they never get it.

I can mention a @pixelfed user on any other service without a picture - the user is never informed

@dansup why is there a regulation of how many pictures I can do into an album? this makes no sense to me.
