Our #Sikh #neighbours gave us a candle & a basket of #Indian sweets last night for #Deepawali #Diwali

#auspol The scorched #peanutbrittle they gave us has been calling to me all night.

I made some peanut brittle today too, it's good. Used silicone baking mats in half sheet pans. Made 2 lbs or 900 grams, half of that is the raw spanish peanuts.
