Tried out this newer move called Bouquet. It's very similar to the #pdChenLily, both of which are basically one armed #pdEmbrace variations.

The struggle to hold that pose was a humbling reminder to restart regular stretches working towards my #needlescale

C is for Cozy Cupid vibes 💜

I always use a Cupid in my routines. It's such a lovely shape and I love the amount of tricks and tumbles you can start from here.

I would consider this an intermediate level move due to the difficulty of the foot grip. However you can start practicing this as a beginner because you can start close to the floor and you stay upright. So no scary fall scenarios. There are so many little technique details that can really make the difference in nailing the trick and slipping down the pole. What is your experience with this trick?
