Que el tronco central del plan estadounidense llamado #paxsilica para hacer frente a la hegemonía china en materias primas y cadena de suministro de chips y nuevas tecnologías sea establecer una red de alianzas alternativas en la extracción, procesado, producción y comercialización con otros países y que esos países elegidos con los que está construyendo esta alternativa a China sean... Australia, Filipinas, Singapur, Japón, Corea del Sur e India... debería hacer recapacitar muy en serio a la Unión Europea sobre su papel y su peso actual en el mundo.
