genuinely, nvidia pisses me off SO much that I am willing to entirely switch platforms from this shit. is there any alternative to a nvidia jetson for using with ros for robotics-type applications? (example) I need hardware acceleration because I'm going to be:
willing to use something that isn't as dedicated to open source, so long as it's reasonably supported.

In yesterday’s panel I asked the #OpenRobotics board of directors how the org might respond if faced with a choice like @ThePSF made this week, rejecting a grant that banned #diversity work. Their response:
* OSRF is independent & beholden to no government for funding,
* Only the community tells us what to do, and
* Diversity is in our mission and we’d pursue it even if it weren’t.
The audience applauded (as they should, IMO).
It’s a great #OpenSource community.
