Für Sync nach Health Connect (Google Fit) u.ä. gibt es Openscale Sync - hier lässt sich für eine eigene Infrastruktur auch ein MQTT Target angeben oder das Tool wger (nutze ich nicht)
Ich nutze es zusammen mit Yazio und Garmin Connect (vorher mit Samsung Health, aber das will ich einmotten)

Jeff Fortin T. (風の庭園のNekohayo)A few years ago I was given a "smart" Bluetooth weight scale. Much to my surprise, I was able to use it with the #OpenScale app from F-Droid. However, I would much rather not ever depend on a mobile device. I want the equivalent of OpenScale for the #GNOME desktop.

Yeah, I did a look at those new versions of Xiaomi scales. Pretty good for the price, based on the features they offer. And works with #OpenScale

Feature set of #OpenScale is getting better, and sometimes tempting to get a new scale for other bluetooth-enabled features.
However, I don't want to add to the wanton waste we generate, when it's still a perfectly good scale. 💯
