Wie können offene Metadaten zu einer inklusiveren Open-Access-Kultur beitragen? Welche Voraussetzungen müssen geschaffen werden, damit von kommerziellen Verlagen unabhängige Zeitschriften in diesem Bereich konkurrenzfähig bleiben oder werden, um für Autor:innen attraktiv zu sein?

Great line up of online and in person events for Open Access Week 2023. These events are hosted by Open Access Australasia and/or Australian academic institutions.
Interesting theme this year for the #OpenAccessWeek: Community over Commercialization.
"This theme encourages a candid conversation about which approaches to open scholarship prioritize the best interests of the public and the academic community—and which do not."
I think it's not a wild guess that the discussions will be a lot about business models, #APC and #EpistemicInjustice in general.
