1. Half-day (okay, a little more than half) at work, afternoon off to take son to a doctor appointment.
2. Had a #migraine coming on, but stopped it with a timely dose of lovely, lovely #Nurtec.
3. Tried a new recipe for supper that was delicious enough to enter the regular rotation.

Yesterday may have been so good cuz of an RX. Most recent migraine appt found out I can take Nurtec rimegepant every other day to treat and prevent headache so I took one early yesterday. Think I’ll start w 2x a week, see how it goes.

It's #Botox day for #LongCovid #migraine. This will be my 4th treatment, and along with #Nurtec seems to be helping w frequency, intensity and length of my migraine. I can sure tell when the botox is wearing off.

Still, the knowledge that getting out of bed, getting dressed, being helped to the car and being driven 30ish minutes away, having all those needles stuck in my face, head and neck will cause me to crash for days makes want to cry.
