You want to count amongst the Navy SEALS of information technology."

So much intensity in the thoughts and words of this libertine son of a peasant carpenter. He causes scandal everywhere he goes, getting aristocratic women to fall in love with him. Having a pretty face and memorizing the New Testament in Latin was all it took back then it seems.

Borges is amazing. These two collections of short stories were fucking enthralling. Made me feel like my imagination was being kick-started again. Timeless and intimate. Magical and realistic. Like fairy tales that could be true. I'll definitely be reading more of Borges. Wonderful.
