We're always rushing on towards the next goal or deadline.

Those lucky ones like me, or maybe you, don't often stop to explicitly acknowledge that right here, right now, for at least a few minutes, I'm comfortable, not hungry, not cold, not sick.

The next thought should be that everyone deserves that. At least that. In a world where some have so much.

Maybe that's good fuel to take on the next injustice, push for an end to kleptocracies and to rescue the oppressed.
