@cambskeptics Is something Panorama-length a first for #Newsround ?
I did once try to imagine what it would be like if Newsround took over the #Panorama slot one week. If it has already happened in reality, that would be very interesting.
One slot of #bbc kids news show #Newsround is to be dropped due to budget constraints, greater use of online resources by kids, and a general decline in audiences for CBBC.
IMO this is a mistake; Newsround content (even on the web) often has better production values than Newsbeat (aimed at teens and young adults!)
