BupuI went to a gym for the first time in almost four years (since March 2020) and it felt great.
COVID is really popping off right now in Canada. Why would I do that?
Well, I have been depressed the past few months and I really needed to make a life change fast for my mental health and I really love and missed the gym.
What COVID mitigations did I use?
I used Betadine (carageenan) nasal spray and Betadine (povidone iodine) throat spray and (of course!) a breatheteq KN95 mask. I use my CPC (pretty much any Colgate one) mouthwash.
Jonas Hellö Pr.D.I already will continue using nasal and oral sprays, and mouthwash, to stave off infection, but does anyone know of any spray to INHALE so as to REALLY effectively keep covid, flu and RS out of the lungs? Something already available, I mean, not experimental drugs or vaccines (unless on the market, of course).
