I got a little dizzy last night after yesterday’s hike, but not too much so. My goal this weekend is to try hiking 3 days in a row. I still felt a little dizzy this morning, but again, low level, so decided to try a lighter outing at Mt Tabor. I did 2.7 mikes, up from the bottom and back down 3 times on different parts, and so far, so good. I’ll see how I’m feeling tomorrow before deciding if I do that third hike. #portland #mttabor
